We are stuctured for vertical integration controllling all aspects from raw materials to manufacturing and distribution for quality assurance purposes. Our competitive edge in the global marketplace is maintained by heavily investing profits back into the company. While a considerable percentage of our product category is moving overseas, we continue to reinvest right here at home.
Franklin facilities include a state-of-the-art metal stamping factory which manufactures our own exclusive mechanisms. The milling and boring operations use CNC (computer numerical controlled) technology. Pattern layout and cutting are computerized. Our premium Performa foam operation uses CNC technology as well. Vertical integration greatly enhances our ability to keep production costs at lower levels. .
Franklin Logistics maintains our own fleet of trucks which are computer integrated and routed using GPS technology.
